Sumeru Cooperative Extends Auction Period for Hospital and College Assets

On 31 October, the Bagmati Province Problematic Cooperative Management Committee extended the auction period for assets linked to Sumeru Savings and Credit Cooperative by 15 days. The assets include nine land plots and buildings associated with Sumeru City Hospital in Lalitpur, hospital equipment and operating licences, as well as Shankharapur College assets and educational equipment. The auction is intended to settle liabilities and return depositors’ savings; no verified reserve price or total asset valuation was disclosed in the announcement.
