Albania’s Insurance Market Generates ALL 20.58 Billion in Premiums

On 21 October, Albania’s Financial Supervisory Authority reported that gross written insurance premiums reached approximately ALL 20.58 billion (around US$254 million) during January–September 2026, up 1.94% year-on-year. Gross claims paid increased 8.29% to approximately ALL 6.69 billion; these are market-wide insurance figures, not a single company’s revenue or a new investment deal.
